The Origins Of Wanting A Speedy Car

12 March 2010 85 views No Comment

If you did a poll to people and asked what their dream car would be I can almost guarantee that it would be something very fast, very shiny and that would attract attention from the opposite sex. So where does all of this come from?

Games

Games such as Forza and GT are getting much more realistic as they get older and I cannot wait for the new GT to arrive. For me no game on the PS3 can replace something on the Xbox even though I have both consoles. Many people will sit down and play a game and really want that car that they are currently racing with. The graphics on these games have jumped ahead massively which means you almost do not even need to go to a showroom to look at the car, on top of this the game play has been made very realistic.

Childhood

Thinking back, I certainly remember the days where I used to play with those model cars as a kid, I remember always wanting an ultra cool Ferrari. You then almost set yourself a life goal in that one day you will own a car very similar to this. For people my age this is where all of the thoughts came from as a child, there was nothing with graphics decent enough to make you want the car.

Celebrities

It is very true to say that the top celebrities have a lot of followers and what car they drive is very important to these people. A lot of people would be very happy that they own the same car as someone famous.
Of course realistically this is not going to happen and people are struggling to get a car on something like bad credit car finance or bad credit car loans. Other options like gap insurance and car leasing are out there to help people who want that fast car.
